Reachlee alternatives and what actually differs

Each of the main alternatives to Reachlee wins on one thing: Zorcha on free-plan limits, LinkDM on Facebook without paying, CreatorFlow on a trial of paid features, and SuperProfile on selling. DMFast (ours) is an option too, but its plans cost exactly what Reachlee’s do, so it only makes sense for a feature, never for price.

DMFast publishes this page and is one of the options on it, labelled as ours. Facts about the other products come from their own websites, checked on 6 October 2026.

Why people look beyond Reachlee

  • The free plan stops at 100 contacts and 10 leads and shows Reachlee branding, which suits a trial run more than a busy account.
  • Facebook Pages need Pro at $9 a month; the free plan connects a single Instagram account.
  • There is no trial of the paid plans. Reachlee points to its free plan instead, so the Growth Gate and scheduled messages can only be tried by paying.
  • AI replies begin on Growth at $14 a month and draw on a monthly allowance: 1,000 AI credits on Growth, 2,500 on Business.
  • Its site doesn’t mention selling digital products, courses or bookings, so creators who sell need a separate store.

Alternatives to consider

DMFast, ours, comes first. The others are listed best fit first.

  1. DMFast

    OursDM automation

Comment-to-DM and DM keywords on Instagram and Facebook, Story replies on Instagram, and email capture. Free plan to start, paid plans from $9 a month.

Limits: Works only with Instagram professional accounts and Facebook Pages: no WhatsApp, TikTok, Threads or personal Instagram accounts.

  2. Zorcha

    DM automation

Zorcha is the pick if the 100-contact free cap is the problem: its free plan has no limit on automations, DMs or contacts, and it includes the follow check that Reachlee keeps for Pro.

Best for: Instagram creators who want unlimited comment-to-DM automations and a follow check without paying, plus AI FAQ answers and a bio page in the same account.

  3. LinkDM

    DM automation

LinkDM sends a DM for Facebook comments on its free plan, where Reachlee needs Pro, and covers Story replies and mentions there too. For big accounts, Platinum+ reaches 300,000 DMs a month.

Best for: Creators and brands that send a lot of auto-DMs from Instagram and Facebook comments and Stories, from 1,000 a month free up to 300,000 on Platinum+.

  4. CreatorFlow

    DM automation

CreatorFlow lets you try before you pay: Pro and Growth each start with a 14-day free trial, which Reachlee doesn’t offer. It covers Instagram only.

Best for: Instagram creators who want to start free with comment and Story auto-DMs, then add follow and email gates with click tracking for $15 a month.

  5. SuperProfile

    Creator store

SuperProfile suits creators who want to sell as well as reply. Its Creator plan sells courses, digital products and 1:1 coaching with 0% commission, alongside AutoDMs for comments, Stories and DMs.

Best for: Instagram creators who want auto-DMs and a store for courses, coaching and digital products under one subscription, with no commission on sales.

What Reachlee does well, and its limits

Reachlee

Strengths

  • Facebook Pages run from the same dashboard on Pro and up, with comment-to-Messenger, keyword replies, ice breakers and lead capture.
  • Every plan tracks link clicks per automation, with unique clickers and daily trends; paid plans keep analytics for life, Free for 30 days.

  • Business connects to Google Sheets, exports Meta Ads audiences and allows several bio pages, 10 accounts and up to 5 team seats.
  • On Pro a DM can carry 3 links, and DMs can be scheduled up to 7 days ahead; a scheduled send to a contact outside the 24-hour window is held back.

Limits

  • The free plan keeps Reachlee branding and stops at 100 contacts and 10 leads.
  • Facebook Pages, the Growth Gate and scheduled messages all need Pro at $9 a month.

  • There is no trial of the paid plans; the FAQ points to the free plan instead.

When to stay with Reachlee

For many accounts, staying is the sensible call. Reachlee answers comments, Story replies and DM keywords, adds Facebook Pages from Pro, and its paid plans put no cap on DMs, contacts or leads. Stay if you rely on any of these:

  • AI on public comments: Growth lists AI replies to comments as well as DMs, with AI goals and intent triggers.
  • Google Sheets or Meta Ads: Business connects to Sheets and exports audiences for Meta Ads.
  • Ice breakers for a Facebook Page, listed with its Messenger features from Pro.
  • Several links in one message: on Pro a single DM can carry 3 links.
  • Long-term reporting: paid plans keep analytics for life, where the free plan keeps 30 days.

Where DMFast differs, and where it doesn’t

Full disclosure: DMFast publishes this page. On price the two are identical at the time of writing: $0, $9, $14 and $29 a month, with three accounts on Pro, 1,000 AI credits on Growth, and ten accounts, five seats and 2,500 credits on Business. The free plans nearly match as well: Reachlee stops at 100 contacts and 10 leads, DMFast at 100 people a month and 10 emails.

The real differences make a short list. These two are in DMFast, and Reachlee’s site doesn’t mention either:

  • An MCP server, so you can run the account from ChatGPT or Claude.
  • A Store for sellers in India: digital products, lead magnets and 1-on-1 bookings, paid through Razorpay, with no fee on sales.

If neither matters to you, moving between the two costs set-up time and gains little. DMFast’s own limits apply as well: Instagram professional accounts and Facebook Pages only, with no WhatsApp, TikTok or Threads.

Switching from Reachlee

  1. Save your leads and contacts before you cancel. On Business, the Google Sheets connection may already hold a copy.
  2. Note each automation’s trigger, keyword, public reply, DM text and links, and whether the Growth Gate is on.
  3. Rebuild them by hand. In DMFast, “Only send to followers” does the Growth Gate’s job, on Pro and on Instagram only.
  4. Turn each Reachlee automation off before its replacement goes live, so nobody gets two public replies under one comment.
  5. Re-create any scheduled DMs still waiting to go out, and check their timing: both tools only message people within 24 hours of their last message.

Tip: A connected Facebook Page needs its own set-up in the new tool. Rebuild its comment and keyword replies separately from the Instagram ones.

What it costs to leave Reachlee

Reachlee’s $9 Pro plan is the cheapest paid entry point on this page. At the time of writing, every other paid option here costs more a month once any first-month offer ends, apart from DMFast, which costs the same.

Questions people ask

Is DMFast cheaper than Reachlee?

No. At the time of writing both charge $0, $9, $14 and $29 a month for their four plans, with matching accounts, seats and AI credits. Choose between them on features such as the MCP server, the India Store or Google Sheets, not on price.

Does Reachlee have a free trial?

No. Its site says there is no trial because the free plan is real: 1 Instagram account, 1,000 DMs a month, 100 contacts and 10 leads, with Reachlee branding.

Which Reachlee alternative has the biggest free plan?

Zorcha’s, among the tools here, with no limit on automations, DMs or contacts. LinkDM’s free plan allows 1,000 DMs a month, the same as Reachlee’s, and adds Facebook comments.

Can Reachlee answer Facebook comments?

Yes, from Pro. Connect a Facebook Page on Pro, Growth or Business and it runs comment-to-Messenger, keyword replies, ice breakers and lead capture.
