Alternatives to Linktree
The main alternatives to Linktree are Carrd for a proper one-page site, Beacons for a free page with a store, hoo.be for shoppable product blocks, Milkshake for building on your phone, and DMFast when answering comments and DMs matters more than the page. Linktree now sends Instagram auto-DMs itself, so the real question is which limit you hit first.
DMFast publishes this page and is one of the options on it, labelled as ours. Facts about the other products come from their own websites, checked on 6 October 2026.
Why people look beyond Linktree
- Removing the Linktree branding is listed only under Premium, the top tier, alongside commerce and marketing integrations.
- Its Instagram auto-reply has monthly caps: 1,000 DMs on Free, 1,500 on Starter and 2,500 on Pro, according to Linktree’s help centre. Only Premium is unlimited.
- Linktree’s help article covers replies to comments on posts and Reels. It doesn’t mention Story replies, keywords sent by DM or Facebook Pages.
- Smart match, which catches misspelt or near-miss keywords in comments, is listed for Pro and Premium only.
- Analytics on the free plan are basic. Advanced analytics start at Pro, and the full set comes with Premium.

When to stay with Linktree
Stay if a free page of links is the whole job. Linktree’s free plan has unlimited links, and its auto-reply covers up to 1,000 DMs a month from post and Reel comments without paying anything. DMFast’s free plan stops at 100 people a month, so a small account that only wants comment-to-link gets more out of Linktree for free.
Stay, too, if you use the page’s extras: link scheduling on Starter, priority links and SEO controls on Pro, or commerce on Premium. DMFast’s bio page is plain by comparison. It offers a light, dark or gradient theme, your links with click counts and, for sellers in India, your Store products, and it has no custom domain.
When DMFast fits instead
We make DMFast, so read this section as the publisher’s view. It fits when comments and messages are the bigger job. Besides comment-to-DM on posts and Reels, it answers Instagram Story replies and mentions, replies to keywords people send by DM, such as PRICE or HOURS, and works with Facebook Pages through Messenger.
- The first DM is plain text asking the person to reply. The link card follows once they answer, and DMFast can ask for an email address on the way, with CSV export.
- Pro, at $9 a month, has no monthly cap on people, removes the DMFast badge from the bio page, and adds “Only send to followers”, one reminder and scheduled DMs.
- Link and promo-spam comments are skipped, and each person gets one answer a day per auto-reply.
- The limits: Instagram professional accounts and Facebook Pages only, no WhatsApp or TikTok, and the Store for paid products works only in India.
How to switch from Linktree
- Open your Linktree admin and copy each link’s title and address. DMFast has no Linktree importer, so this part is copy and paste.
- Rebuild the page with the links people actually use at the top, and drop the ones nobody taps.
- Write down each Instagram auto-reply: the post, the keyword and the message. Switch it off before you set up the same keyword in DMFast, because a comment can get only one private reply.
- Change the link under Edit profile in the Instagram app, then anywhere else your Linktree address appears, such as a YouTube description or an email signature.
- Leave the Linktree page live for a few weeks. Story highlights, Facebook posts and other sites may still link to it.
What it costs
Linktree doesn’t publish one global price list: its pricing page says prices vary by region and are shown in local currency, so check it for the figure where you live. The more useful question is which tier you would need. Unlimited auto-reply DMs and removing the Linktree branding both sit in Premium, the most expensive tier.
DMFast is priced in US dollars. The free plan costs nothing, Pro is $9 a month, Growth is $14 with AI replies and 1,000 credits, and Business is $29 for 10 accounts and 5 seats.
Questions people ask
Is there a free alternative to Linktree?
Several. Carrd allows up to three free sites, Beacons and hoo.be have free plans with unlimited links (both take 9% of sales), and Milkshake is free with a 12% fee on sales. DMFast’s free plan includes a bio page with a DMFast badge and auto-replies for 100 people a month.
Does Linktree send Instagram DMs automatically?
Yes. Its Instagram auto-reply sends a DM with a link when someone comments a chosen keyword on a post or Reel, and it works only with public accounts. How many DMs you get depends on the plan, from 1,000 a month on Free to unlimited on Premium.
Can I keep Linktree and use DMFast for DMs?
Yes. Your bio can keep pointing at Linktree while DMFast answers comments, Story replies and DM keywords. Just don’t run both tools’ auto-replies on the same post: Instagram allows one private reply per comment, so they would compete for it.
Which of these alternatives works with Facebook Pages?
DMFast answers Facebook Page comments and Messenger. None of the other tools on this page lists Facebook comment or Messenger replies on the pages we checked, though any of their bio links can go on a Facebook Page.
