Introduction

DMFast is an automation tool for Instagram professional accounts and Facebook Pages. You connect an account, pick a trigger such as a comment with a keyword, and DMFast sends the DM, captures the email, asks for the follow and tracks the click. Everything runs on Meta's official Instagram and Messenger APIs, so DMFast never needs your password and stays inside the platforms' rules.

What DMFast does

• Comment to DM. Someone comments a keyword on a post or reel; DMFast answers under their comment and sends them a DM with up to three links, products or a question, and a reminder if they don't tap. See Auto-replies in depth.
• Story replies and DM keywords. Reply automatically when people react to your story or message you a keyword.
• Follow to unlock and email capture. Ask people to follow before they get the link, or for their email first. Emails land under Emails, ready to download.
• Product carousels and a store. Send cards with buttons in the DM, and sell digital products, lead magnets and 1-on-1 calls from your link in bio, paid through Razorpay.
• AI assistant. On Growth and Business, AI answers DMs and comments from what you tell it about your business, steers chats towards a goal, and starts auto-replies by meaning. See AI assistant.
• Results and research. See where people stop, from comment to click, and study any public account's engagement and the keywords it uses.
• Link in bio. Pages with your links, products and an email sign-up box, with themes, scheduled links and stats. See Link in bio.
• Teams and integrations. On Business, invite teammates with their own roles, and send every email to Google Sheets or a Meta Ads audience. See Team.
