Zorcha is an Instagram DM tool whose free plan sends unlimited comment-to-DM messages and can ask for a follow first. DMFast covers Instagram and Facebook Pages, with Story replies, DM keywords and email capture on every plan, but its free plan stops at 100 people a month.

Our verdict
Choose Zorcha if you only use Instagram and want unlimited comment-to-DM automations, a follow check and AI answers to your FAQs without paying. Choose DMFast if a Facebook Page needs answering too, or if you are in India and want to sell from your DMs now: Zorcha marks digital products as coming soon.

What each plan gets you
We read Zorcha’s pricing page on 6 October 2026. It bills monthly, quarterly or yearly, and the longer the term, the lower the monthly price: Pro is $14.99 month to month, $11.99 a month quarterly or $9.99 a month yearly. Ultimate is $39.99, $29.99 or $24.99, and Business $109.99, $89.99 or $79.99. DMFast bills monthly: $9 for Pro, $14 for Growth and $29 for Business.

If you would pay yearly anyway, Zorcha’s Pro at $9.99 a month and DMFast’s Pro at $9 cost almost the same, so the rows above should decide it rather than the price.
Where Zorcha and DMFast each work
Zorcha’s home page title reads “Free Unlimited Instagram DM Automation”, and its set-up starts with choosing posts or Reels. Its home and pricing pages didn’t describe Story replies, keywords sent by DM, Facebook or Messenger when we read them, so treat those as unconfirmed rather than missing.
DMFast plugs into two kinds of account: Instagram Business or Creator profiles, and Facebook Pages. On Instagram it answers comments on posts and Reels, replies and mentions on your Stories, and keywords people send by DM. A Page gets comment replies by Messenger and DM keywords too, though Story replies and the follow check stay on Instagram because Facebook has no equivalent.
Two ways of doing AI answers
Zorcha’s AI matches incoming questions to FAQs you write: 20 on Free, 40 on Pro, where a generator can draft them, and 80 on Ultimate. Its “AI Conversation” feature, with a knowledge base and unlimited data sources, is listed only on Business, which costs $79.99 to $109.99 a month depending on billing.
DMFast’s AI, on Growth and Business, answers DMs that none of your keyword replies cover, using only the business information you give it. One reply costs one credit. Growth includes 1,000 credits a month, Business 2,500, and 500 more cost $5.
Tip: Credits are not a shared unit. On DMFast one AI reply is one credit, so check what a reply costs in Zorcha’s credits before reading its 15K on Free as fifteen times DMFast’s 1,000 on Growth.
Limits that apply to both
“Unlimited” on a pricing page means the plan sets no cap of its own. Meta’s rules still bind every tool built on its API, and Zorcha says it is a Meta Verified Tech Provider:
- An Instagram account can send at most 750 private replies to comments an hour, so a post that pulls thousands of keyword comments is answered over several hours. DMFast stays under 700.
- Each comment gets one private reply, sent within 7 days of the comment.
- After that, a business can message someone only within 24 hours of their last message, and mass DMs to every follower aren’t possible through official tools, whatever a broadcast feature is called.
- Comments made during an Instagram Live can only be answered while the Live is running.
- Only Business and Creator accounts can use Meta’s messaging API, so a personal Instagram account can’t be automated this way.
Selling from your DMs in India
Zorcha says it is made in India, and its pricing page already shows a section for digital products, courses and bundles. All of it is marked “Soon”. The fees it lists are 8% on Free, 5% on Pro, 3% on Ultimate and 1% on Business.
DMFast’s store works today for creators in India, with payments through Razorpay. It sells digital products, gives away lead magnets in exchange for an email (and a phone number if you ask for one), and takes 1-on-1 bookings, from the bio page and from the DMs. DMFast takes no fee on sales; Razorpay’s own fee is deducted before the money reaches you.
Questions people ask
Is Zorcha’s free plan really unlimited?
Its pricing page lists unlimited automations, DMs, contacts and exports on Free, with Ask for Follow, 20 AI FAQs and a bio page included. Collecting a phone number or email inside the DM, follow-ups, re-runs and DM variations start on Pro. Instagram’s hourly cap on private replies still applies, as it does to every tool.
Does Zorcha work with Facebook Pages?
Its home and pricing pages describe Instagram only and did not mention Facebook or Messenger on 6 October 2026. DMFast connects Facebook Pages on every plan; a Page uses one of the plan’s account slots, just like an Instagram account.
How many accounts can I connect?
Zorcha’s pricing page doesn’t say how many Instagram accounts each plan connects, so ask before buying for a team or an agency. DMFast’s Free plan has 1 account, Pro and Growth 3, and Business 10 with 5 team seats; Instagram accounts and Facebook Pages count the same.
Which one collects emails on a free plan?
Both, in different ways. Zorcha’s Free includes unlimited forms and submissions that gather emails and phone numbers outside the chat; asking inside the DM needs Pro. DMFast asks inside the DM on every plan, up to 10 emails on Free and unlimited from Pro, and rejects throwaway addresses.
