DMFast vs SuperProfile
SuperProfile and DMFast are close rivals: both send an Instagram DM when someone comments on your post, and both sell from your bio link. The split is in the plans. SuperProfile’s free plan answers unlimited comments on posts and Reels but saves Story and DM replies for its $29 Creator plan. DMFast’s free plan answers comments, Story replies and DM keywords for up to 100 people a month, and it works with Facebook Pages too.
DMFast publishes this page and is one of the two products compared. Facts about SuperProfile come from its own pages, read on 6 October 2026.

Our verdict
Choose SuperProfile if more than 100 people a month comment on your posts and comment replies are all you need, since its free plan sets no monthly cap there, or if you sell courses, webinars or paid communities. Choose DMFast for Story and DM replies on a free or $9 plan, for a Facebook Page as well as Instagram, or for up to 10 accounts with team seats.
Strengths and limits
DMFastOurs
Best for: Creators and small businesses that want Instagram and Facebook comments and DMs answered automatically, starting on a free plan.
Strengths
- Sends a DM when someone comments a keyword on a post or Reel, and replies to Story replies, mentions and DM keywords.
- Skips link and promo-spam comments, and answers each person once a day per auto-reply.
- Collects emails in the chat with CSV export, and includes a link-in-bio page and tracked links.
- Works from ChatGPT and Claude through its MCP server.
- A free plan with no time limit, and paid plans from $9 a month.
Limits
- Works only with Instagram professional accounts and Facebook Pages: no WhatsApp, TikTok, Threads or personal Instagram accounts.
- The Store, for digital products, lead magnets and bookings, is India only, with payments through Razorpay.
- AI replies need the Growth or Business plan and use 1 credit per reply.
SuperProfile
Best for: Instagram creators who want auto-DMs and a store for courses, coaching and digital products under one subscription, with no commission on sales.
Strengths
- The free plan already runs unlimited AutoDMs on Reels and posts. DMFast’s free plan stops at 100 people a month.
- On Creator, AutoDMs can carry voice notes, images and video, send follow-ups, and fire on any comment or on every post, including the next one.
- Creator turns the profile into a full store: digital products, courses, 1:1 coaching, webinars, and Telegram or Discord communities, with 0% commission.
- Paid plans connect to Zapier, Kit and Mailchimp, and Creator covers up to 5 Instagram accounts.
Limits
- Story, DM and Live auto-replies are not on the free plan, and free lead magnets stop at 10 leads.
- The $4.99 Creator price covers the first month only; after that it renews at $29 a month.
- Selling digital products, courses and bookings needs the Creator plan.
- Its pricing page covers Instagram only and does not mention Facebook Pages.

The two free plans, line by line
Neither free plan is a trial: SuperProfile calls Starter free forever, and DMFast’s Free plan has no time limit. They are generous in different places. The table uses SuperProfile’s pricing page as read on 6 October 2026 and DMFast’s current plans.
| On the free plan | DMFast Free | SuperProfile Starter |
|---|---|---|
| Replies to comments on posts and Reels | Yes, for up to 100 people a month | Unlimited AutoDMs |
| Replies to Story replies | Yes | No, needs Creator |
| Replies to keywords sent by DM | Yes | No, needs Creator |
| Emails or leads | 10 emails, with chat sign-ups and lead magnets counted together | Up to 10 leads from lead magnets |
| Facebook Pages | Yes | Not mentioned on its pricing page |
| Bio page | Link-in-bio page with a DMFast badge | Link-in-bio store |
| Selling paid products | Yes, in India, through Razorpay | No, needs Creator |
The trade is volume against range. A Reel that brings in 400 commenters in a month runs past DMFast’s free cap of 100 people, while SuperProfile’s free plan keeps answering. But if your audience replies to your Stories or messages you a word like PRICE, SuperProfile’s free plan won’t answer, and its 3 custom keyword triggers limit how many offers you can run at once.
What the paid plans add
SuperProfile has one paid plan with a listed price. Creator costs $4.99 for the first month, then $29 a month. It adds Story, DM and Live auto-replies, up to 5 Instagram accounts and the full store. Its AutoDMs can carry voice notes, images and video, send follow-ups, and fire on any comment or on every post, including the next one you publish. Paid plans also connect to Zapier, Kit and Mailchimp. Above Creator, Pro is priced on a call and adds custom landing pages, a dedicated growth manager and ads manager, and a WhatsApp support group.
DMFast spreads a similar budget across three plans. Pro, at $9 a month, covers 3 accounts with unlimited people and emails, and adds sending only to followers, one reminder, scheduled DMs and replies to older comments. Growth, at $14, adds AI replies written from your own business details, with 1,000 credits a month at one credit per reply. Business, at $29, covers 10 accounts, 5 team seats and 2,500 credits.
Tip: SuperProfile’s $4.99 is a first-month price, so count $29 from the second month: a first year comes to $323.99. For the same year, DMFast Pro costs $108 and Business costs $348.
Selling: courses and communities, or files and calls
SuperProfile’s Creator plan sells digital products, courses, 1:1 coaching, webinars, and access to Telegram or Discord communities, with 0% commission according to its pricing page. DMFast’s store sells three kinds of thing: a digital product delivered as a file or a link, a free lead magnet given in exchange for an email (and a phone number if you ask for one), and 1-on-1 bookings, paid or free.
DMFast doesn’t take a commission either, but its store is for India only: checkout runs on Razorpay, whose own fee is deducted, and getting paid requires a PAN and a bank account in India. Within those limits the store works on every plan, Free included, where lead magnet sign-ups count towards the 10-email limit.
In practice: if you teach a course with lessons, run webinars or charge for a community, SuperProfile has those formats ready. If you sell a PDF, a template pack or a paid call from India, DMFast covers it without a paid plan.
Instagram only, or Instagram and Facebook
SuperProfile’s pricing page talks only about Instagram and doesn’t mention Facebook Pages. DMFast connects Facebook Pages as well, so comments on Page posts and messages in Messenger get the same keyword replies. Facebook has no Story replies and no follow gate, and Messenger caps a Page’s daily messages at 200 times the number of people who have messaged it.
On Instagram, any tool built on the official API works inside the same rules: a single private reply per comment, sent within 7 days, and automated messages only within 24 hours of the person’s last one. SuperProfile lists Live comment replies on Creator; Instagram only lets a tool answer a Live comment while that Live is still running.
DMFast publishes this comparison. SuperProfile’s plans and features come from its own pricing page, and if anything there has changed since 6 October 2026, its page is the one to trust.
Questions people ask
Is SuperProfile’s AutoDM free?
Partly. Its Starter plan is free forever and includes unlimited AutoDMs on Reels and posts, 3 custom keyword triggers and up to 10 leads from lead magnets. Story, DM and Live replies, and selling anything, need Creator: $4.99 for the first month, then $29 a month.
Which free plan should I start on?
Count your commenters and your channels. If one post can bring more than 100 people in a month and comment replies are all you need, SuperProfile’s free plan goes further. If you also want Story replies, DM keywords or a Facebook Page answered, DMFast’s free plan covers them for up to 100 people a month.
How many Instagram accounts can I connect?
SuperProfile’s Creator plan covers up to 5 Instagram accounts. DMFast covers 1 account on Free, 3 on Pro and Growth, and 10 on Business, which also adds 5 team seats so other people can help run them.
How do I move my AutoDMs from SuperProfile to DMFast?
Rebuild each one in DMFast: the post, the keyword, the public reply and the DM. Switch off the SuperProfile automation on that post first. Since a comment can get just one private reply, leaving both on would have them compete for it.
Does SuperProfile have a follow-to-get-the-link step?
Its pricing page lists an ask-to-follow step inside AutoDM flows. DMFast’s version, “Only send to followers”, comes with Pro and up and works on Instagram only, because Facebook has no follow gate.
