DMFast helps Instagram professional accounts and Facebook Pages reply automatically to comments, story replies and direct messages (on Facebook, in Messenger). This policy explains what we collect and why.
Only to run the automations the account owner sets up, show them their conversations and statistics, and keep the service secure. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
When someone buys from, signs up with or books a call with a creator's store, we keep the name, email, phone and note they give, what they bought and when, and for calls the time and their time zone. Payments are handled by Razorpay; we never see card or bank details. Creators' payout details go to Razorpay, and we keep only the bank account's last 4 digits and IFSC. We email buyers their purchase, booking details, reminders and refunds, and creators their sale and booking alerts, through our email provider Resend.
A creator can connect Google Calendar to their store. DMFast then reads only when their main calendar is busy (not what the events are) to hide those times from their booking pages, and adds, and on cancellation deletes, the events for calls booked through DMFast, inviting the person who booked. We store the Google account's email and an encrypted access token. Disconnecting it on the Store page deletes both and revokes our access. DMFast's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: it is used only for these booking features, never for advertising, and not transferred to others.
If the account owner connects DMFast to an AI app such as ChatGPT or Claude, that app can read and change their DMFast data through the actions they allowed: auto-replies, conversations (including the messages and emails of people who interact with the account), and results. The app gets only what its requests ask for and handles it under its own privacy policy. We store which apps are connected, when they were last used, and their access tokens in hashed form. An app can be disconnected at any time from the dashboard.
Data is kept while the account stays connected. Disconnecting the app, or a request under our data deletion instructions, removes it.
