Team
Invite admins, managers and viewers, each with their own sign-in.
On Business, up to 5 teammates can work on your accounts, each with their own sign-in. Nobody shares the Instagram password, and you decide what each person can change.

The owner signs in with the connected Instagram account or Facebook Page, always has full access, and can't be removed. Viewers are good for clients: they see everything, and the buttons that change things are hidden.
Invite someone
- 1Open Team, enter their email, pick a role and press Invite.
- 2They get an email with a link that works for 7 days. Open invitations count toward your seats until they expire.
- 3They press Accept and sign in and land on your dashboard. Lost the email? Press Resend for a new link; the old one stops working.
Signing in
Teammates press Team member? Sign in with email on the login page and get a one-time link, which works once, for 15 minutes. There are no passwords to leak.
Changing roles and removing people
- An admin can change anyone's role under Team. It applies from their next click.
- Remove ends their access at once, including any AI app they connected. Teammates can also leave with Leave this team.
- If the workspace moves off Business, teammates can't sign in (and their AI apps stop) until it's back. The owner keeps working as usual.
An AI app a teammate connects acts with their role, checked on every request. See Permissions and security.
