Connect your accounts

You sign in to DMFast with the account you want to automate. There's no separate DMFast password: Instagram or Facebook confirms who you are, and you choose what DMFast may do.

Instagram

DMFast works with Instagram professional accounts (Business or Creator). Meta doesn't let apps send DMs for personal accounts.

   Check your account type: in Instagram, open Settings → Account type and tools. If it says Personal, choose Switch to professional account. It's free and takes a minute.

   On dmfast.app/login, press Continue with Instagram and sign in to Instagram if asked.

   Allow DMFast to read your profile, manage your messages and manage your comments. These are what auto-replies need.

   You land on your dashboard, ready for your first auto-reply.

Facebook Pages

Facebook Pages work through Messenger: comments on your Page's posts and messages to your Page.

   On dmfast.app/login, press Continue with Facebook.

   Tick the Pages DMFast may manage, and allow the permissions Facebook asks for.

   If you shared more than one Page, pick the one to connect first. You can add the others later.

Story replies and “only send to followers” are Instagram-only: Facebook doesn't tell apps who follows a Page.

More than one account

A workspace can hold several Instagram accounts and Facebook Pages. Open Accounts in the dashboard to connect another one or to switch between them; each has its own auto-replies, messages and results.

Try it first

Explore the demo on the login page opens a private workspace with a sample Instagram account and Facebook Page. Everything works, but nothing is sent anywhere. Demos last two days.

Disconnecting

You can remove DMFast in Instagram (Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites) or in Facebook's business integrations at any time. To delete your data, follow the data deletion instructions.
