Connect fails or loops back to the login page

Check the URL ends in /mcp and starts with https://, with no space at the end. If Instagram's sign-in fails, DMFast's login page shows Instagram's reason; see Connect your accounts. Then remove the connector in your app and add it again.

It's working on the wrong account

The app uses the account you picked when you pressed Allow. Disconnect it under ChatGPT & Claude in your dashboard, then connect again from the app and pick the other account.

“Connect your DMFast account” after a while

Access renews by itself while you use the app. After 30 days without use, or after you disconnected the app, sign in again from the app's connector settings.

A DM wasn't sent: outside the 24-hour window

Instagram and Messenger only allow a business to message someone within 24 hours of their last message. Wait for them to write again, or reach them with a comment auto-reply. See Limits and spam.

A feature says it needs another plan

Tools follow your plan: following-only DMs, reminders, older comments and AI replies need Pro or Growth. See Plans.

Nothing happens in the demo

That's by design: the demo's sample account never sends anything to Instagram or Facebook. Connect your own account to go live.

The app doesn't use DMFast

Make sure DMFast is switched on for the chat (Claude's tools menu, or ChatGPT's + menu), and mention it: “Using DMFast, …”. In ChatGPT, developer mode must be on.
