What the 24-hour window, private replies, clicks and the rest mean in DMFast.
- 24-hour window
- Instagram and Messenger let a business message someone only within 24 hours of that person's last message. Each new message from them reopens it.
- Auto-reply
- A rule in DMFast: when someone comments, replies to your story or sends a DM (with a keyword, or any), DMFast answers and walks them through the steps you set.
- Private reply
- The first DM Instagram lets a business send in answer to a comment: one per comment, within 7 days, text only.
- Public reply
- The short answer DMFast posts under the person's comment, so everyone sees you replied.
- Keyword
- The word that starts an auto-reply, like GUIDE. It matches whole words; capital letters don't matter.
- Intent trigger
- An auto-reply that starts on what people mean, like "asks about the price", instead of a word. The AI checks each comment or message against it.
- Follow gate
- "Only send to followers": people who don't follow you are asked to follow before they get the link.
- People
- The people your auto-replies started a conversation with. Plans count them per calendar month; the same person counts once.
- DMs sent
- Every message DMFast sent for an auto-reply: the first DM, follow-up steps and reminders.
- Clicks
- Taps on the links DMFast sends. Links go through a short dmfast.app link so the tap can be counted, then straight on to your page.
- Unique clickers
- Different people who tapped a link, however many times each one tapped.
- CTR
- Click-through rate. On Results: unique clickers ÷ people reached. On the link in bio: clicks ÷ views.
- Human agent reply
- A reply you write yourself up to 7 days after someone's last message. Meta allows it for messages a person writes, not automated ones.
- Where people stop
- The step of an auto-reply where the most people drop out, such as not following or not opening the link.
- Lead magnet
- A free product people get in exchange for their email (and phone number, if you ask).
- AI credit
- One AI action: a reply to a DM or a comment, an intent match, or a test message on the AI assistant page.
- Seat
- A teammate on Business, or an open invitation to one. The owner doesn't use a seat.
- Look-up
- Fetching a public Instagram profile fresh, in Research or for a contact's details. Profiles looked up in the last day are free to view.
- Payout account
- Your Razorpay linked account. Store sales reach your bank through it, minus Razorpay's fee.
- MCP
- Model Context Protocol: the standard AI apps like Claude and ChatGPT use to connect to tools such as DMFast.
- Connector
- What Claude calls an MCP server you've added. ChatGPT calls it an app.
