Alternatives to Stan Store, from free stores to DM tools

SuperProfile is the closest match to Stan Store: a link-in-bio store with Instagram auto-DMs and a free plan. Beacons, Komi, Gumroad and Topmate cover selling with a free plan, a lower price or a commission instead of Stan’s subscription, and DMFast handles the DMs. Stan’s prices here come from a blog post dated 25 November 2025.

DMFast publishes this page and is one of the options on it, labelled as ours. Facts about the other products come from their own websites, checked on 6 October 2026.

Why people look beyond Stan Store

  • No free plan is listed. Creator is $29 a month, or $300 billed annually, after a 14-day free trial, so the store and AutoDM are paid for from the first month.
  • Dynamic pricing, payment plans, pixel tracking and unlimited emails need Creator Pro: $99 a month, or $948 billed annually, which is more than three times Creator’s monthly price.
  • Its help page says AutoDM has no multi-step flows or quizzes yet, and Stan’s AutoDM pages describe Instagram only, not Facebook Pages.
  • AutoDM needs other DM apps disconnected first: the help page tells you to disconnect Manychat or any other app that manages your Instagram DMs before AutoDM will work properly.
  • Lead magnets collect emails on the store page. The AutoDM help page describes no email capture inside the DM itself.

Alternatives to consider

DMFast, ours, comes first. The others are listed best fit first.

  1. DMFast

    OursDM automation

Sells digital products, lead magnets and 1-on-1 bookings from your bio page and your DMs, and takes no fee on sales. India only, through Razorpay.

Limits: Works only with Instagram professional accounts and Facebook Pages: no WhatsApp, TikTok, Threads or personal Instagram accounts.

  2. SuperProfile

    Creator store

The closest bundle. Starter is free forever, with a link-in-bio store and unlimited AutoDMs on Reels and posts. Creator, $29 a month after a $4.99 first month, adds Story, DM and Live auto-replies and sells courses, products and bookings at 0% commission. Its pricing page covers Instagram only.

Best for: Instagram creators who want auto-DMs and a store for courses, coaching and digital products under one subscription, with no commission on sales.

  3. Beacons

    Link in bio

A store, a media kit and 50 email sends on its free plan, with a 9% fee on sales. Memberships and courses start on Creator Plus, $30 a month or $300 a year, which also takes the seller fee to 0%.

Best for: Creators who want one home for their links, media kit, a small store and email marketing, starting on the free plan.

  4. Komi

    Link in bio

A cheaper paid plan for selling: Pro is listed at $16 a month with a 0% fee on digital product sales, email campaigns and a custom domain. The free Starter plan includes access to brand deals.

Best for: Creators who want a bio page tied to brand deals, and who plan to sell digital products or email their fans.

  5. Gumroad

    Creator store

No monthly fee. Each direct sale costs 10% + $0.50, and Gumroad collects and remits sales tax worldwide. It sells downloads, eBooks, courses and memberships; the two pages we read do not mention replying to Instagram comments or DMs.

Best for: Creators who sell eBooks, courses, software or memberships to buyers in many countries, and would rather give up a share of each sale than pay a monthly fee.

  6. Topmate

    Creator store

Built for selling your time: 1:1 sessions, webinars, cohorts and packages. There is no upfront or monthly fee and Topmate keeps 10% of sales through your page. Instagram Auto DM is a separate add-on from ₹399 a month.

Best for: Coaches, mentors and experts who sell calls, cohorts and courses, and want Instagram comments and Story replies to lead to a Topmate booking or payment link.

What Stan Store does well, and its limits

Stan Store

Best for: Creators who sell digital products, courses or coaching from their bio and want keyword DMs on Instagram included in the same subscription as their store.

Strengths

  • One subscription covers the store, courses, bookings, memberships and AutoDM, and Stan says it takes no transaction fee beyond Stripe or PayPal processing.
  • AutoDM reports sent, opened, clicked and purchase counts for each keyword, and it tracks clicks on outside links as well as links to your store.
  • Keywords work on comments, DMs and Story replies, can be set for all posts or chosen ones, and are not case sensitive.
  • The Creator plan covers lead magnets, digital products, call bookings, courses, webinars, memberships and a free or paid community.

Limits

  • AutoDM has no multi-step flows or quizzes yet, according to its help page, and its pages describe Instagram only, not Facebook Pages.
  • Dynamic pricing, payment plans, pixel tracking and unlimited emails need Creator Pro at $99 a month, or $948 a year.
  • No free plan is listed: Creator costs $29 a month ($300 a year), with a 14-day free trial.
  • Its help page says to disconnect ManyChat or any other app that manages your Instagram DMs before AutoDM will work properly.
  • Turning on public “comment back” replies may raise the risk of being flagged as a bot by Meta, its help page warns, so it suggests varying the replies.

When to stay with Stan Store

Stay if you want the whole job under one login. The Creator plan covers lead magnets, digital products, call bookings, courses, webinars, memberships and a free or paid community, and Stan says it takes no transaction fee beyond Stripe or PayPal processing. DMFast’s Store is narrower: digital products, lead magnets and 1-on-1 bookings, for sellers in India.

  • You sell outside India. DMFast’s Store works only in India, through Razorpay, so it cannot replace a store anywhere else.
  • You sell courses, memberships or a community. Stan’s Creator plan lists all three, so check any other tool against your own list before you move.
  • You use AutoDM’s numbers. Stan reports sent, opened, clicked and purchase counts for each keyword, and it tracks clicks on outside links as well as links to your store.
  • You need payment plans, dynamic pricing or pixel tracking, which Creator Pro includes.
  • You like starting from a template. The store comes with 11 ready-made ones.

When DMFast fits

DMFast publishes this page. It suits two kinds of Stan Store user. One sells from India and wants a Store that takes no DMFast fee on sales. The other already has a store they are happy with and wants wider coverage of comments and DMs: Facebook Pages as well as Instagram, Story mentions as well as Story replies, and a free plan to test on instead of a 14-day trial.

  • Free has no time limit and covers 1 account and 100 people a month. Pro, at $9 a month, removes the cap on people and emails.
  • Emails are collected in the chat and downloaded as a CSV file. Free keeps up to 10, and Pro has no limit.
  • From Pro: “Only send to followers” on Instagram, one reminder for people who stop halfway, scheduled DMs, and replies to older comments within Meta’s 7-day limit.
  • AI replies come with Growth, $14 a month, and are written only from the business details you supply.
  • Like any tool built on Meta’s APIs, it opens with a plain-text message that asks for a reply, and the link card follows once the person answers.

Keeping the Stan store as the page your bio links to, while DMFast answers comments with AutoDM switched off, is a workable split.

How to switch from Stan Store

  1. Save what you would have to rebuild: product files, descriptions and prices, course lessons, and the terms of any memberships or payment plans.
  2. Save your email list from the lead magnets, and check which customer and payment records you can export from Stripe or PayPal as well as from Stan, since payments are processed there.
  3. Write down every AutoDM keyword: the posts it covers (all, or chosen ones), the reply wording, and whether “comment back” public replies were on. Keep each keyword’s sent, opened, clicked and purchase counts to judge the new set-up against.
  4. Turn AutoDM off on a post before another tool takes it over. Instagram allows one private reply per comment, so two tools on one post compete for it.
  5. If you sell outside India, keep your store somewhere else, such as Gumroad or Beacons, and move only the DMs. DMFast’s Store is for sellers in India.
  6. If you pay annually, move near the end of the paid year: Creator is $300 billed annually and Creator Pro $948.
  7. Change the link in your Instagram bio last, once the new page and every product link have been tested.

Tip: Stan’s help page warns that public “comment back” replies may raise the risk of Meta flagging you as a bot, and suggests varying them. The same sense applies in any tool: write several wordings for the public reply, not one.

What it costs, and subscription versus fee

At the time of writing, Stan’s prices come from a pricing guide on its blog, dated 25 November 2025, not from a pricing page, so confirm them on Stan’s own site before you rely on them. The other figures are from each vendor’s record, checked on 6 October 2026.

OptionPrice as recordedWhat it covers
Stan Store Creator$29 a month, or $300 billed annuallyStore, courses, bookings, memberships and AutoDM, with a 14-day trial
Stan Store Creator Pro$99 a month, or $948 billed annuallyAdds dynamic pricing, payment plans, pixel tracking and unlimited emails
SuperProfile Creator$29 a month, $4.99 for the first monthStore plus Story, DM and Live auto-replies, 0% commission; its page covers Instagram only
Beacons Creator Plus$30 a month, or $300 a year0% seller fees, memberships and courses, unlimited emails
Komi Pro$16 a month0% fee on digital product sales, email campaigns, custom domain
DMFast Pro$9 a month3 accounts, unlimited people and emails; Store for sellers in India only

A subscription and a per-sale fee behave differently. Gumroad charges nothing a month but keeps 10% + $0.50 of each direct sale, so a $20 sale costs $2.50 and about twelve of them in a month cost roughly what Stan’s Creator plan does. Stan’s price leaves out Stripe or PayPal processing, and the sources we read do not say whether Gumroad’s fee includes payment processing, so use this as a rough guide only.

Questions people ask

Is Stan Store free?

No free plan is listed. Creator is $29 a month, or $300 billed annually, with a 14-day free trial, and Creator Pro is $99 a month, or $948 billed annually. Those figures come from a Stan blog post dated 25 November 2025.

Does Stan Store have Instagram auto-DMs?

Yes. AutoDM comes with the subscription and replies to keywords on comments, DMs and Story replies, for all posts or chosen ones, with optional public “comment back” replies. Its help page says it has no multi-step flows or quizzes yet.

Can I use Stan Store and DMFast together?

Yes for the store, with care for DMs. Stan’s help page asks you to disconnect any other app that manages your Instagram DMs before AutoDM will work properly, so use one DM tool per Instagram account and keep the Stan store as your bio link.

How does Stan Store compare with Gumroad on cost?

Stan Creator is $29 a month with no Stan transaction fee. Gumroad has no monthly fee and keeps 10% + $0.50 of each direct sale, or 30% when a new customer finds you through its Discover marketplace.

Does DMFast sell courses or memberships like Stan Store?

DMFast’s Store covers digital products, lead magnets and 1-on-1 bookings, takes no fee on sales and works only in India, through Razorpay. If courses, memberships or a community are what you sell, check that list against your own before moving.
