Instagram auto-replies for juice and smoothie bars

People message a juice bar to ask what is in the green one, whether the smoothie has nuts and if a box of bottles can reach the office by nine. Comment-to-DM sends the fixed answers while the blender is running. Here are the words, four set-ups, freebies and what to check.

4 set-ups to try

Each one shows the conversation it creates. After a comment, the first DM is plain text, as Meta requires, and the link follows once they answer.

  • Ingredient questions from a blending Reel

    Someone comments on your post

What goes in it is in your DMs 🥬

That one is a favourite. Do you have any allergies or things you avoid, such as nuts, dairy or added sugar? Reply and I'll send everything in the drink and what we can swap.Yes pleaseWhat goes in each drinkSee the ingredients

A juice bar is judged on what is inside the cup, and that list is the first question under any blending clip. The avoid-list answer reaches you before the order, so a person can step in if it touches an allergy.

  • Take-home bottles from a pressing Story

    Replied to your story

BOTTLESThanks for asking. How many bottles are you after, and would you collect or have them brought to you? Reply and I'll send this week's flavours and how long each one keeps.Bottles: flavours and collectionSee this week's batch

Pressed juice is made in batches and has a short life, so the quantity and the pickup day shape what you press. A Story reply means they wrote first, so the card can arrive straight after their answer.

  • Team juice boxes from a desk-delivery post

    OFFICE

Office order details are in your DMs 🧃

    First DM (plain text)

Thanks, a few bottles on the desk does go down well. How many people is it for, and is it a one-off or every week? Reply and I'll send the minimum, the notice and the delivery area.Yes pleaseJuice for the officeSee the options

A weekly delivery of thirty bottles keeps a pressing machine busy, and a one-off box for six does not. The headcount and the rhythm tell you which it is, and the notice protects your morning prep.

  • Multi-day packs from a start-the-week DM

PACKGood timing. How many days would you like it to cover, and do you prefer mostly fruit or mostly green? Reply and I'll send the packs, the price and the last day to order for pickup.Juice and smoothie packsPick a pack

A multi-day pack is your biggest single sale, and the number of days sets its price. The taste answer picks the menu you show first, so a green-averse customer never gets a card full of kale.

Freebies worth commenting for

  • A guide to which add-in does what in a smoothie, with the combinations your regulars order most
  • A printable allergen chart for every drink on the menu, dated, with the nut and seed items marked
  • A shopping list for a week of home blends using fruit that is in season near you
  • A taste guide that sorts the menu from sweet and fruity to sharp, green and gingery
  • A how-to for first-time juice drinkers: what to order, what a bottle is meant to taste like and how to store it
  • A student or office sample box offer for people who join the email list
  • A year-round fruit calendar showing when mango, berries or citrus are at their best on your menu
  • A fridge guide for bottles: how to store, when to drink and what the date on the cap means

What people ask a juice bar in DMs

The questions are about what is in the cup, how it is made and how fast it can arrive. Ingredient and price answers do not change from one customer to the next, so they can go out automatically. A question about a medical condition is never one for a template.

They askSend automaticallyAnswer yourself when
What is in the green one?The INGREDIENTS reply for that drinkThey ask whether it is suitable for a condition or a medicine
Is there any nut in the smoothies? The NUTFREE list and a note on shared jugsAlways: a person confirms how the drink is made that day
Can I pick up six bottles tomorrow? The BOTTLES page with the batch timesThe batch is sold out or the order is large
Do you deliver to offices? The OFFICE detailsThe building is outside your radius
Can I add protein? The BOOST list with pricesThey ask for a quantity that makes a health claim
Is it cheaper for students? The STUDENT offerThey have a card you have not seen before

Tip: Put the pressing date on the bottles page and change it every batch. A customer who sees a date from last week stops trusting every other answer.

Posts that earn comments from the blender

  • Fruit tipped into a press in slow motion, with INGREDIENTS or MENU depending on whether the drink is new.
  • A Reel of a rack of bottles lined up by colour on press day, with BOTTLES for the flavours and the collection time.
  • A courier-style hand-off of a crate to a front desk, with OFFICE for team orders.
  • A before and after of a smoothie bowl being topped, with BOOST for the add-ins.
  • A Story on Monday morning with the week's pack, and PACK as the reply word.
  • A close-up of the ingredient board with the allergen labels, and NUTFREE for the list.

Juice sells on weather and routine. Cold drinks lead in summer, shots and ginger blends in a cold or flu season, and January brings people who want a reset. Mango, berry and citrus runs depend on what your supplier has, so the first message should name the fruit that is in this week.

From a comment to a bottle in hand

  1. The comment starts a DM that asks one thing about taste, the avoid-list or the number of bottles.
  2. The card opens the page that fits: the menu, a pack or the bottle list. DMFast does not take payment for juice or hold stock, so the page you link to does that.
  3. Turn on email capture for the fruit calendar or the allergen chart and export the list as a CSV for a note when a new seasonal press starts.
  4. Use a reminder for the person who answered the first question and stopped, since a pack decision often waits for payday.

Running a bar in India? The DMFast store can sell a digital product such as a home smoothie guide, hand out a free planner for an email address, and take paid or free 1-on-1 bookings, for example a tasting session. Payments go through Razorpay and DMFast takes no fee on sales. Cups and bottles are still sold at your counter or your own ordering page.

What a juice bar should check first

  • Health wording. Words like detox, cleanse, immune boosting and flushes toxins can count as health claims, and many countries regulate them. Describe the taste and the ingredients, and leave out what a drink will do for the body.
  • Allergens. Nuts, seeds, oats, dairy and soy often share a blender. Say honestly how your kitchen works and have a person confirm any allergy.
  • Shelf life. Fresh pressed juice is perishable, and rules on labelling and chilled storage differ by place. Print a date and a storage line on every bottle.
  • Sugar. Fruit-heavy drinks are high in natural sugar. Do not describe a drink as low or free of it unless the numbers back you.
  • Drinks for children. Some parents ask about a juice for a toddler or a pregnancy. Point to their doctor and do not advise.
  • Windows. A comment gets one private reply, sent inside 7 days, and Instagram caps those at 750 an hour. DMFast stays under 700.

Questions people ask

Can it tell a customer a smoothie is safe for their allergy?

It should not. Send the allergen chart, ask what the person avoids, and have a team member confirm how that drink is made today. AI replies, on the Growth and Business plans, are written only from the information you provide, so leave out any claim of safety.

Can people order and pay for a juice pack in the DM?

Not inside DMFast. It does not take card payments for food and drink or check your stock. The card opens the page where you already take orders, and the first message asks how many days and which taste so the right pack appears.

We sell out of some flavours by noon. Can it say what is left?

Not live, because it cannot see your fridge. Update the BOTTLES message by hand on busy days, and post a Story showing the shelf. For flavours that are gone, say when the next press comes out and how to reserve for the next day.

Does it work for a juice bar run from a Facebook Page?

Yes. Comments on Page posts and Messenger messages can get the same keyword replies. Story replies, story mentions and “Only send to followers” exist on Instagram only, so the BOTTLES Story set-up is an Instagram feature.

Can I message everyone who bought a pack last month?

Not by DM. Automated messages reach only people who wrote to you in the last 24 hours, and official tools do not allow mass DMs. Collect emails through a freebie and email that list directly, then use a Story with a reply word for followers.
